Needed an ac box at the dead of night after my colleague's father passed away at a hospital near VIP haldirams. At that time, nothing was available. But Swarga Rath Kolkata was very helpful when I called. They arranged an AC box so that my colleague could take his father home (in Rajarhat) as the last rites were scheduled for next morning. The ICE box was required at 3:30 am and was delivered on time. They also arranged for the hearse at 7:30am and that too was prompt and on time. In a situation, where everyone was depressed and in need for mental support, getting these things right goes a long was to help the bereaved family. The Funeral hearse provided by Swarga Rath was neat and clean. The servicemen were polite, professional and respectful in their behaviour. They patiently waited at our home for 30 minutes, allowing family members and close relatives enough time to bid a final farewell to our loved one without any complaint. We truly appreciated their compassion and support during this difficult time. However, I felt that the service charges were somewhat on the higher side. On 27 th March 2026 evening my friend's wife expired at Dishan hospital em bypass. We were required to take her body to her home at Kalyani, Nadia and then to Halishahar burning Ghat for cremation. When contacted the hospital was ready to provide a' Swarga Rath" but they were asking an exorbitant price for that. I searched at Google and found the contact details of this particular" Swargarath service " when contacted they asked for a very little service charges for the total service. We did not think twice to confirm the booking. They were extremely punctual and efficient and the van was spacious and in very nice condition. On 18 June my aunt expired ..... I had called them and availed their service. I was overwhelmed with their fast response and considerate pricing. They catered to our needs perfectly and assisted us in every possible way. A person named Ajit da was just awesome.....he is gem of a guy and the other two people.... The driver and it's helper both were courteous and very sober..... If it was possible I would have given them 10 on 10 ......
